- The candidates should possess previous experience or interest in HR Analytics and Employer Brand

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to create a seamless and positive experience for hiring managers and prospective candidates and able to manage the recruitment process from start to finish for unionized and non-unionized positions, including job postings, sourcing, interviewing, processing references, and background checks to the offer stage
- The candidates should be able to provide guidance to hiring managers in all areas of internal and external recruitment, including sourcing strategies, policies and procedures, and ensuring adherence to provisions of the appropriate Collective Agreements and applicable legislation
- The candidates should be able to serve as a Hydro One brand ambassador by supporting and championing the company’s recruitment branding strategy to attract top talent
- The candidates should be able to develop and manage a pipeline of potential candidates for client groups through proactive market analysis, data insights, and ongoing relationship management
- The candidates should be able to participate in and lead Talent Acquisition related projects and initiatives as required
- The candidates should be able to coordinate and participate in career fairs, information sessions, networking events, on-campus recruitment activities, and other off-site events to promote employment opportunities at Hydro One
- The candidates should be able to stay informed of current trends and innovative recruiting techniques to be competitive and creative with sourcing and attracting quality candidates
