Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work under pressure
- The candidates should be comfortable with repetitive tasks
- The candidates should be capable of handling heavy loads and engaging in physically demanding work
- The candidates should be capable of bending, crouching, and kneeling
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be dependable, have excellent oral communication, and have excellent written communication

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris, and other refuse, empty trash cans and other waste containers, and wash windows, interior walls, and ceilings
- The candidates should be able to make adjustments and perform minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems, contact tradespersons for major repairs, and advertise vacancies
- The candidates should be able to contact contractors for repairs and maintenance, perform minor repairs on appliances, and conduct safety and security checks
- The candidates should be able to show apartments and offices to prospective tenants, supervise other workers, and move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies
- The candidates should be able to perform other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair, water and tend to plants, lawns, and/or gardens, and clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures
- The candidates should be able to work with minimal supervision and clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas
