Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualification such as bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business or related field AND 7+ years technical consulting, technical consultative selling, practice building
Experience: Candidates and/or should need related technical/sales/industry experience OR equivalent experience, also have 3+ years of Financial Services sales experience, other details are mentioned below

  • The candidate should be able to focus on empowering customers on their digital journey, from envisioning new possibilities to delivering solutions that result in targeted business outcomes and a great customer experience and revenue growth for Microsoft and also have the opportunity to drive digital technology transformation in partnership with customer, to achieve both Microsoft and customer business outcomes
  • The candidate should be engaged at the at the most senior levels of the customer and bring industry-relevant solutions to help the customer adopt and embrace digital technologies
  • The candidate and/or should have 14+ years technical consulting, technical consultative selling, practice building, or related technical/sales/industry experience or equivalent experience
  • The candidate should have 5+ years experience in digital transformation or using technology to drive customer business outcomes and also have 4+ years experience in business consulting, consultative selling, or change management
  • The candidate should have 5+ years experience leading technical, support, and/or partner teams

Responsibilities:

  • The candidate should be able to lead technology thought leadership and technology sales activities to drive the customer’s digital transformation vision and roadmap with Microsoft and also orchestrate the extended team, leading customer joint envisioning sessions, to bring the best of Microsoft technology to help customers achieve their digital goals
  • The candidate should be able to own the relationship with C-level technology/innovation executives at your client and build relationships with business leaders to achieve their business and technology outcomes and also understand the customer’s business goals, solution areas, and partner solutions to build a technology roadmap, enabling the customer’s innovation agenda with utilization of our Microsoft technologies
  • The candidate should be able to proactively build and maintain a strong knowledge of customers’ industry, associated business strategy, and key industry partners and solutions and also coordinate with internal industry experts to gather industry knowledge to improve outcomes for the customer
