Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to manage staff and assign duties, determine staffing requirements, and recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers
- The candidates should be able to resolve problems such as customer complaints and supply shortages, plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, and sell merchandise
- The candidates should be able to provide staff training, perform opening and closing activities, conduct performance reviews, and balance and deposit cash
- The candidates should be able to provide customer service, complete sales transactions, engage in human resource planning and development, and assemble, install, and set up merchandise/products
- The candidates should be able to schedule activities, keep logs, maintain records, and prepare reports
