Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to report to the Senior Manager Promotion and Solicitation
- The candidates should be able to support the delivery of the Monthly Acquisitions and Retention promotions. This includes analyzing the monthly matrices, preparing changes on our processing platform TSYS/Message Pro
- The candidates should be able to perform quality control, testing, pre/post-implementation validation, and ensure adherence to regulatory policies and audit retention policies
- They should be able to communicate with multiple internal and external business partners
- The candidates should be able to support release management related to TSYS and Intria
- The candidates should be able to be responsible for the detailed review and analysis of the Monthly Acquisitions and Retention promotions matrices
- The candidates should be able to participate in the monthly stakeholder review of campaign requirements
- The candidates should be able to follow and adhere to the existing framework of planned activity with various stakeholders
- The candidates should be able to ensure the delivery of all tasks within stipulated timelines
- The candidates should be able to support the creation/verification of selective inserting and solicitation offers such as Global Migration, Skip a Pay, Annual Fee rebate, Welcome bonus, Authorized User, Balance Transfer, convenience cheques, Usage campaigns, product award or cash award campaigns, and miles multiplier
- The candidates should be able to prepare and load content setup on Message Pro
- The candidates should be able to adhere to all established vendor SLAs, regulatory policies, and audit retention policies
- The candidates should be able to participate and support where appropriate on problem resolution
- The candidates should be able to support the design and maintenance of macros related to monthly promotions
- The candidates should be able to develop and maintain effective business relationships with technology partners, multiple business groups, TSYS, and other vendors to facilitate the delivery of all campaigns
- The candidates should be able to regular contact with peers, senior manager, and cross-functional business units across CIBC is expected
