Supervision: 3-4 people

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 7 months to less than 1 year

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to adapt to a combination of sitting, standing, and walking while demonstrating attention to detail

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should demonstrate client focus, exhibit flexibility, and be team players

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
  • If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to establish methods to meet work schedules and supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • The candidates should be able to train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, as well as estimate and order ingredients and supplies
  • The candidates should be able to hire food service staff and ensure food service and quality control
  • The candidates should be able to prepare budgets and cost estimates, and address customers’ complaints or concerns
  • The candidates should be able to maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports
  • The candidates should be able to establish work schedules
