Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have 5+ years of experience building profitable partner ecosystems

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should have 7+ years of direct sales or business development experience in software, cloud, or SaaS markets, specifically selling to C-level executives
  • The candidates should have 5+ years of experience in business development, partner development, sales, or alliances management
  • The candidates should have experience developing detailed go-to-market plans and experience in engineering, computer science, or MIS
  • The candidates should have experience proactively growing customer relationships within an account while expanding their understanding of the customer’s business
  • The candidates should have experience identifying, developing, negotiating, and closing large-scale technology deals
  • The candidates should have experience in direct sales or business development in software, cloud, or SaaS markets, specifically selling to C-level executives

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to own AWS service(s) and drive business revenue by identifying customer needs and matching them to AWS solutions, specifically focusing on Enterprise Applications such as Microsoft, SAP, and VMware
  • The candidates should be able to pursue, create, and develop opportunities for their service by engaging with prospective and existing AWS customers
  • The candidates should be able to identify high-value customer opportunities within specific accounts and engage with the customer, partner(s), and account team to help customers succeed by choosing AWS services and accelerating service adoption
  • The candidates should be able to own the full-cycle sales engagement plan with prospective customers, act as a trusted advisor to help close deals, and ensure customer retention
  • The candidates should be able to respond to qualified lead opportunities generated via field engagement activities
  • The candidates should be able to maintain an operating knowledge of the AWS service catalog aligned to their domain specialty, new service development or service changes, and relevant cross-functional areas to build strong relationships with AWS customers
