  • The candidates should have strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, financial reporting, and financial analysis
  • The candidates should demonstrate knowledge and experience in data preparation, data analysis, and statistical tool sets, including but not limited to Spotfire and PowerBI, at a very good level

  • The candidates should be able to perform Finance/Business Workforce Planning and Analysis, including variance analysis, tracking actuals, forecasting, and planning, to support informed decision-making
  • The candidates should be able to build dashboards, decks, and perform ad-hoc analysis for senior leadership, providing valuable insights to drive strategic initiatives
  • The candidates should be able to enhance reporting processes, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and relevance of financial information
  • The candidates should be able to provide insights into cost savings and revenue generation opportunities through thorough analysis of financial data
  • The Senior Analyst Performance Management is accountable for providing reporting and analytical solutions related to T&O financial management, including project financials, vendor spend, and cloud spend, to enable informed decision-making by senior management
  • The candidates should be able to assist in the production of various reports and materials prepared for senior management, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and relevance
  • The candidates should be able to lead/participate in the design, implementation, and management of new analytics & reporting solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder needs
  • The candidates should be able to design and produce regular and ad-hoc reports, as well as dashboards, to provide timely and relevant insights to stakeholders
  • The candidates should be able to build reports and visualizations to effectively communicate data-driven insights to users, utilizing various visualization solutions to illustrate facts, trends, and insights
  • The candidates should be able to develop solutions and make recommendations based on an understanding of the business strategy and stakeholder needs, contributing to strategic decision-making processes
  • The candidates should be able to support the development and execution of strategic analytics & reporting initiatives, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to achieve business objectives
