Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements and conduct comprehensive analyses of business processes to identify areas for improvement and translate business needs into detailed functional requirements and technical specifications
- The candidates should be able to work closely with IT Leadership and business departments to understand IT requirements and prioritize requests and implement a demand management strategy that aligns IT resources with organizational and ensure efficient allocation and monitoring of IT resources in accordance with business priorities
- The candidates should be able to troubleshoot issues that arise or discrepancies between bookings on the Air North website and internal systems and support users and monitor system results
- The candidates should be able to investigate internal system functionality and upgrade needs with internal departments (Flight Operations, Reservations, Check-in, Cargo, and Charters)
- The candidates should be able to facilitate meetings, presentations, and workshops to ensure clear communication and act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams and manage stakeholder expectations and foster strong working relationships
- The candidates should be able to develop test plans and conduct testing to ensure solutions meet requirements and ensure deliverables are of high quality and meet business
- The candidates should be able to review business processes from end-to-end to identify inefficiencies and implement changes to improve efficiency and productivity and work closely with business units to understand their strategies and operational contexts and consult International Air Transport Association (IATA) documentation for potential industry standard solutions
- The candidates should be able to provide strategic insights to guide business decisions and technology investments and maintain comprehensive documentation of business and IT processes and develop training materials and conduct training sessions for super-users
- The candidates should be able to coordinate IT projects such as system upgrades, software deployments, and technology rollouts with IT leadership and develop project plans, establish milestones, and allocate resources for successful project execution
- The candidates should be able to liaise and work with numerous government agencies and vendors on requirements and regulations and generate project reports to provide stakeholders with project status updates and key performance metrics
