Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have considerable experience in the relevant field

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should have enthusiasm to welcome and assist customers and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
  • The candidates should demonstrate a commitment to maintaining a safe and fun working environment
  • The candidates should have the ability to work weekend shifts (Friday nights, Saturday, and Sunday) and all holidays (including Black Friday, Christmas Eve, and Boxing Week) until the end of December

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to help customers find the perfect products on their holiday shopping list as Retail Sales Associates
  • The candidates should be able to process purchases at checkout and ensure customers leave with their desired tech products as Customer Service Representatives
  • The candidates should be able to keep the store organized and replenish inventory on the shelves as Merchandisers, conducting thorough inventory checks
  • The candidates should be able to prepare and package online orders to facilitate easy holiday shopping for customers as Online Order Pick-Up Specialists
  • The candidates should be able to enhance customers’ tech experiences by setting up and maintaining their devices as In-Store Service Agents
