Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to make a concrete contribution to the achievement of the sector’s objectives as a Sales Support Advisor on the National Bank Trust team, a Wealth Management business line at National Bank
  • The candidates should be able to support the needs related to business development, including identifying and pursuing opportunities for growth
  • The candidates should be able to support the needs related to strengthening the commitment of customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to National Bank Trust
  • The candidates should be able to effectively communicate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand their needs and provide appropriate support and solutions
  • The candidates should be able to ensure the updating of documents for clients as well as business development supports
  • The candidates should be able to coordinate and control the quality and distribution of marketing materials (pamphlets, videos, presentation materials, mailing lists, etc.)
  • The candidates should be able to write and edit various internal and external texts and press releases, including regulatory documents
  • The candidates should be able to develop content and visuals for the dissemination of key messages of the sector on LinkedIn among others
  • The candidates should be able to ensure that our platforms (website and Sharepoint) containing information on our products and services are up to date
  • The candidates should be able to offer support for the implementation of our clients’ events
