Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to accept cash, cheque, credit card, or automatic debit payment, operate a cash register, and perform data entry
- The candidates should be able to provide customer service, provide advice about merchandise, and assist in the display of merchandise
- The candidates should be able to advertise and/or promote products, sales, or services, and conduct sales transactions through Internet-based electronic commerce
- The candidates should be able to greet customers, discuss the type, quality, and quantity of merchandise or services sought for purchase, rental, or lease, and maintain sales records for inventory control
- The candidates should be able to train staff
