Salary: $16.40 hourly for 35 to 40 hours per week

Supervision: 1 to 2 people

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 7 months

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should be accurate in their work, demonstrating a strong client focus and possessing efficient interpersonal skills
  • The candidates should have excellent written communication abilities, demonstrate flexibility in adapting to various situations, and be organized in their work
  • The candidates should be reliable in their responsibilities

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
  • If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, determining the type of services to be offered and implementing operational procedures
  • The candidates should be able to conduct performance reviews, cost products and services, and organize and maintain inventory
  • The candidates should be able to monitor revenues, modify procedures and prices, and ensure health and safety regulations are followed
  • The candidates should be able to negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies, negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities, and develop, implement, and analyze budgets
  • The candidates should be able to participate in marketing plans and implementation, set staff work schedules, and monitor staff performance
  • The candidates should be able to address customers’ complaints or concerns, provide customer service, and recruit, train, and supervise staff
