Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the French and English Language
Education: Candidates should have completion of Masters level degree in a health
Experience: Candidates should have two years experience in the relevant field

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be able to work effectively independently and collaboratively within a dynamic, multi-disciplinary team environment

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should have familiarity with research-related processes and procedures as well as data-capture system support
  • The candidates should possess strong knowledge of data management across the research lifecycle, including creation, processing, analysis, preservation, access, and reuse of research data
  • The candidates should have experience conducting literature reviews and knowledge of university library databases and reference management software and experience preparing research ethics applications
  • The candidates should have demonstrated experience developing and administering data collection tools using online data capture platforms such as REDCap experience in a clinical or research environment
  • The candidates should demonstrate creativity and strong knowledge translation skills; ability to translate complex information into a variety of engaging formats for diverse audience groups
  • The candidates should have excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail and a determined attitude towards ensuring accuracy and integrity and possess qualitative and quantitative data analysis skills
  • The candidates should demonstrate excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • The candidates should be familiar with project and workplan coordination facilitating team meetings
  • The candidates should ideally be bilingual (French and English) and proficient in a second language and familiarity and experience with data piping, API integration, and SQL programming is considered an asset but not mandatory for this position

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to engage stakeholders, including liaising with community agencies, program decision-makers, and new and existing program implementers
  • The candidates should be able to design multi-media promotional materials and collaborate with diverse partners to support program growth and expansion
  • The candidates should be able to validate software applications, conduct user acceptance and beta testing, discover and report program errors, and monitor vendor performance obligations
  • The candidates should be able to work with open-source software like REDCap, including programming surveys
  • The candidates should be able to conduct literature reviews and summarize evidence into various formats (scientific papers, reports, briefs, proposals, and presentations for diverse audience groups)
  • The candidates should be able to design project workflows and data collection tools for treatment interventions, including surveys, clinical assessments, and questionnaire
  • The candidates should be able to work with external vendors, including software developers and service providers, to support program implementation
  • The candidates should be able to prepare proposal submissions to CAMH’s Research Ethics Board and ensure compliance with Quality Project Ethics Review
  • The candidates should be able to solicit expertise from internal and external stakeholders to support program operations and manage the integrity of technology platforms
  • The candidates should be able to track project workplans, coordinate team meetings, complete project progress reports, and perform other administrative and non-administrative duties
