Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have graduation from an approved/recognized school of nursing program
Experience: Candidates should have considerable experience in the relevant field

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should coordinate and participate in the delivery of holistic and supportive care to patients/clients/residents by assessing, developing, implementing, and evaluating the plan of care
  • The candidates should provide health promotion, curative, supportive, rehabilitative, and palliative services
  • The candidates should provide professional supervision and direction or mentoring to the nursing care team
  • The candidates should work together with families to ensure the highest standard of care is provided

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should possess a current practicing license with the College of Registered Nurses of Newfoundland and Labrador (CRNNL)
  • The candidates should possess a satisfactory record of work performance
  • The candidates should support other members of the interprofessional team to achieve safe and effective care to patients
  • The candidates should ensures that documentation and nursing policies and practices are followed

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to coordinate and participate in the delivery of holistic and supportive care to patients/clients/residents by assessing, developing, implementing, and evaluating the plan of care
