Salary: $34.00 to $37.00 hourly (To be negotiated) for 30 hours per week

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as College/CEGEP
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 5 years or more
Computer and technology knowledge: MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word 

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be accustomed to a fast-paced environment and able to work under pressure
  • The candidates should be capable of meeting tight deadlines and possess attention to detail

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should perform tasks with accuracy and possess efficient interpersonal skills
  • The candidates should have excellent oral and written communication skills and exercise good judgment
  • The candidates should be team players

Candidate Status:

  • Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position
  • International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to identify current and prospective staffing requirements and prepare/post notices and advertisements
  • The candidates should be able to collect and screen applicants, advise job applicants on employment requirements, and review candidate inventories
  • The candidates should be able to contact potential applicants to arrange interviews, coordinate and participate in selection and examination boards, and notify applicants of results
  • The candidates should be able to prepare job offers, advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures, and determine eligibility for entitlements and arrange staff training
  • The candidates should be able to provide information or services such as employee assistance, counseling, and recognition programs, and recruit and hire staff
