Salary: $16.00 to $20.00 hourly for 16 to 40 hours per week
Employment Type: Part time leading to full time

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language.
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a College/CEGEP
Experience: Candidates need experience of 1 year to less than 2 years
Computer and Technology Knowledge: Candidates must have knowledge of Electronic medical records, Electronic scheduler, Electronic mail, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Word and MS Windows

  • The candidate should be able to receive and issue payments
  • The candidate should be able to perform clerical duties, such as filing and sorting and distributing mail
  • The candidate should be able to answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
  • The candidate should be able to arrange teleconferences
  • The candidate should be able to calculate billing charges
  • The candidate should be able to monitor mobile radio or telephone
  • The candidate should be able to provide directory assistance
  • The candidate should be able to provide emergency services
  • The candidate should be able to relay service to persons with disabilities
