Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should have attention to detail, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and work under pressure
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be dependable, reliable, and organized
- The candidates should have excellent oral communication skills, flexibility, and good judgment
- The candidates should be a team player, resourceful, and have the ability to adapt to various situations
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to investigate and resolve complaints and claims, register arriving guests, and assign rooms
- The candidates should be able to process group arrivals and departures, take, cancel, and change room reservations, and provide information on hotel facilities and services
- The candidates should be able to provide general information about points of interest in the area, process guests’ departures, calculate charges, and receive payments
- The candidates should be able to balance cash, complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms, and maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments
- The candidates should be able to follow emergency and safety procedures, assist clients/guests with special needs, and perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
