Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language.
Education: Candidates should have standard educational qualification such as Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset.
Responsibilities:
- The candidate should greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas, obtain and process information required to provide services, operate switchboard or telephone system, record and relay information.
- The candidate should be able to schedule and confirm appointments, send invoices, perform clerical duties, such as filing and sorting and distributing mail, answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages.
- The candidate should arrange teleconferences, calculate billing charges, monitor mobile radio or telephone.
- The candidate should provide directory assistance, provide emergency services, relay service to persons with disabilities.
