Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 7 months
Computer and technology knowledge: MS Windows, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook
Security and safety: Criminal record check

- The candidates should be able to work with attention to detail
- The candidates should be able to sit for extended periods

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
- The candidates should be able to provide basic information to clients and the public, answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
- The candidates should be able to obtain and process information required to provide services, provide directory assistance
- The candidates should be able to operate switchboard or telephone system, perform clerical duties, such as filing and sorting and distributing mail
- The candidates should be able to order office supplies, maintain work records and logs
- The candidates should be able to record and relay information, send invoices
- The candidates should be able to schedule and confirm appointments, receive and issue payments
