Shifts: Day, Evening, Weekend, Flexible Hours

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Computer and technology knowledge: MS Excel, MS Word, MS Windows, and Internet

Physical Requirements:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to greet people, direct them to contacts or service areas, and provide basic information to clients and the public
  • The candidates should be able to perform clerical duties, such as filing, sorting, and distributing mail, and address customers’ complaints or concerns
  • The candidates should be able to receive payments, issue receipts and other forms, and explain the type and cost of services offered
  • The candidates should be able to answer inquiries, provide information to customers, and perform general office duties
