Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset
Computer and technology knowledge: Electronic scheduler, Presentation software, MS Windows
Security and safety: Bondable

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure
  • The candidates should be comfortable with repetitive tasks and have attention to detail
  • The candidates should be able to handle a combination of sitting, standing, and walking

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should possess efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, and the ability to multitask
  • The candidates should be flexible, organized, and reliable, demonstrating strong time management skills

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

  • The candidates should be able to greet people, direct them, and provide basic information to clients and the public
  • The candidates should be able to obtain and process information for service provision, operate a switchboard, and order office supplies
  • The candidates should be able to record and relay information, schedule and confirm appointments, and maintain work records and logs
  • The candidates should be able to receive and issue payments, perform clerical duties such as filing and sorting mail, and answer the telephone, including relaying calls and messages
  • The candidates should be able to calculate billing charges, monitor mobile radio or telephone, perform light cleaning duties, and provide customer service
  • The candidates should be able to complete sales transactions
