- The candidates should be able to manage the Calgary Quality Management System (Veeva)
- The candidates should be able to perform eQMS key user responsibilities
- The candidates should be able to provide coaching to the Calgary site to ensure quality systems are all in place and effective
- The candidates should be able to create and review Canada MO QA SOPs and Job Aids
- The candidates should be able to participate in daily direction setting meetings
- The candidates should be able to conduct health checks of the site as defined by P&G standards
- The candidates should be able to lead the P&G audit program (QPHA) for the site
- The candidates should be able to participate in the site improvement program audit
- The candidates should be able to manage the Returns program for the site
- The candidates should be able to manage the Temperature Monitoring Program and ongoing execution for the site
- The candidates should be able to take ownership of the Mixing center QA scope within the system
- The candidates should be able to ensure Safety and GMP trainings are up to date, and records are documented and retained per standards
- The candidates should be able to update and maintain site compliance and documentation procedures to meet P&G Compliance standards as requested by the BRMC Stewardship owner
- The candidates should be able to validate specific Flexe inputted data recorded on DDS and Monthly Scorecards as requested by P&G
- The candidates should be able to provide information required to complete MAGICS Quarterly toolkits to BRMC Stewardship Owner and/or P&G toolkit owners
- The candidates should be able to conduct Quarterly Inventory Audits of Warehouse
- The candidates should be able to attend and corroborate site CHEP counts
- The candidates should be able to provide any supporting data required for inventory management transactions
- The candidates should be able to support timely scrapping execution of P&G Steam documents
- The candidates should be able to conduct weekly security perimeter checks of the drop lot and building according to the Calgary Security Checklist
- The candidates should be able to report any security or theft incidents to the BRMC Physical Security Leader
- The candidates should be able to monitor access to the site and ensure that all visitors follow P&G/Flexe documented procedures
- The candidates should be able to confirm that access to the warehouse is limited to authorized staff and carriers are not permitted in the warehouse
- The candidates should be able to ensure that Carrier Inbound Check Lists, Outbound Check Lists, and Drop Lot Seal Procedures are being followed
- The candidates should be able to validate that Badge and CCTV systems are in good working order
- The candidates should be able to complete regular BOS and Safety tours
