Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or Intermediate or a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have 3 years digital media sales experience, programmatic preference

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to lead programmatic sales for top national advertisers and agencies in Canada
- The candidates should be able to leverage the power of premium sports, news, and entertainment streaming TV brands including Sportsnet Now, Citytv, and Tubi, in addition to the full extent of the RSM premium digital offering
- The candidates should be able to manage a portfolio comprised of some of the most in-demand inventory in Canada
- The candidates should be able to work with one of the most comprehensive data sets in Canada (R.E.D.) to provide advertising partners with the marketing outcomes they seek
- The candidates should be able to work cross-collaboratively within the RSM revenue sales team, serving as the programmatic subject matter expert
- The candidates should be able to join a team of fun, dynamic, and innovative market leaders at the forefront of advanced advertising
- The candidates should be able to grow their own skillset and knowledge in the space of data, addressability, and automation
- The candidates should be able to actively promote and sell the portfolio of RSM ad products including Streaming TV Video/Connected TV (Tubi, Disney+, Sportsnet+, Citytv, FX), Audio/Podcasts (Rogers Radio, Frequency Podcast network, 32 Thoughts), and more
- The candidates should be able to manage and optimize programmatic sales activity of a defined agency or client territory (primarily National clients)
- The candidates should be able to strategically build and sell through multi-tactic, multi-platform ad campaigns
- The candidates should be able to work alongside the Advanced Advertising team to leverage R.E.D. (Rogers Enabled Data) as part of campaign design and measurement
- The candidates should be able to leverage their programmatic technical knowledge to create best practices for sales, activation, troubleshooting, and reporting
- The candidates should be able to act as a programmatic subject matter expert in the RSM landscape, attending client meetings, agency business reviews, industry events, and more
- The candidates should be able to be responsible for monitoring programmatic client business within designated territory, identifying new revenue opportunities, and staying abreast of programmatic industry trends as it pertains to industry/agency clients
- The candidates should be able to support the execution of programmatic set up for clients (including all transaction types)
- The candidates should be able to collaborate with relevant internal teams on sales opportunities, ad product, and go-to-market strategy to develop best practices and process improvement on sales and execution to achieve excellence in client service
- The candidates should be able to monitor, track, and report on digital sales and activity against monthly/quarterly targets, including revenue forecasting
- The candidates should be able to generate business plans to define strategies and revenue-generating tactics
- The candidates should be able to engage in thought leadership by immersing themselves in the evolving space of Programmatic, Advanced Advertising across the Canadian and Global industry
