Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be available to work weekend and holiday hours on a rotational basis
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be 18 years of age or older to work in a production environment
- The candidates should be aware that a variety of skill levels and shifts are available
- The candidates should note that some shifts are not bus accessible, but afternoon and night shift premiums are available
- The candidates should be aware of opportunities to learn and grow
- The candidates should be prepared for a highly automated and fast-paced learning environment
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to feed cartons into machines
- The candidates should be able to check and weigh materials and/or products
- The candidates should be able to manually pack products into bags, cartons, or other containers
- The candidates should be able to remove finished goods cartons from conveyors and place them on pallets
- The candidates should be able to check products and packaging for basic quality defects
