Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have Bachelor’s Degree and or College diploma in Operations, or Business
Experience: Candidates should have 3-5 years’ experience in Production Planning or Operations
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be familiar with HACCP and/or SQF
- The candidates should have experience in the food industry
- The candidates should have proficiency with Microsoft Office
- The candidates should have experience with ERP systems
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to be responsible to schedule production in a way that satisfies customer demand; balances timeliness of demand with production capacity, line efficiency; and keeps inventory investment and loss at a minimum
- The candidates should be able to coordinate with S&OP for forecasting and production planning and proactively address planning, scheduling, and production issues
- The candidates should be able to analyze timelines for production and schedule/adjust accordingly and be responsible for scheduling products in agreement with allergen management
- The candidates should be able to work in collaboration with the procurement team to ensure timely materials management and able to maintain KPIs
- The candidates should be able to analyze inventory to limit liabilities and report to key customers to proactively limit liabilities and work with Sales and Marketing teams during new product launches, transitions, and special projects to coordinate production accordingly to accommodate the requests
- The candidates should be able to handle other projects/duties as assigned or needed
