- The candidates should be able to prepare pastry for special occasions, such as weddings and birthdays, ensuring high-quality products, frost and decorate cakes and baked goods with creativity and precision, and ensure that the quality of products meets established standards, maintaining consistency and excellence
- The candidates should be able to inspect kitchen and food service areas regularly to uphold cleanliness and hygiene standards, operate machinery effectively and safely in the baking process, and organize and maintain inventory, ensuring adequate supplies for baking operations
- The candidates should be able to oversee sales and merchandising of baked goods, maximizing customer satisfaction and profitability, and prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, adhering to dietary restrictions and safety protocols
