Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English or French Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience in a delivery and/or driving role or experience in customer service
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to maintain a satisfactory safe driving record and the appropriate class of provincial driver’s license, when applicable
- The candidates should be able to lift mail items weighing up to 22.7 kilograms (50 pounds) and carry mail items weighing up to 15.9 kilograms (35 pounds)
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be in possession of a valid Class 5 or Class G driver’s licence with a safe driving record for at least 2 years

- The candidates should be able to spend most of your day outside, delivering packages and parcels by vehicle to customers on your route
- The candidates should be able to operate portable communication devices (two-way radios/texting, PDT’s)

- The candidates should be able to maintain and safeguard all mail items and Canada Post property
