Supervision: 16-20 people and Process control and machine operators, food and beverage processing
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be adaptable to cold/refrigerated working environments and able to tolerate various odours in the workplace
- The candidates should be comfortable working in noisy conditions, capable of thriving in a fast-paced work environment, and excel in working under pressure
- The candidates should demonstrate a high level of attention to detail
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be well-organized in managing tasks and responsibilities, effective team players collaborating seamlessly with colleagues, and reliable in fulfilling job responsibilities

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, as well as recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
- The candidates should be able to supervise, coordinate, and schedule (and possibly review) activities of workers, establish methods to meet work schedules, and coordinate work activities with other work units
- The candidates should be able to identify, evaluate, control, and prevent hazards at all stages of the food production process and requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies
