- The candidates should be able to efficiently pick and assemble orders from various temperature areas with great care and quality in mind to achieve “On Time” delivery to customers
- The candidates should be able to pack orders with attention to detail, including distinguishing between similar named products, ensuring exact quantity, and verifying correct product codes
- The candidates should be able to ensure that products picked are of the highest quality, such as avoiding damaged products and selecting the freshest options
- The candidates should be able to correctly document and label all orders through interpretation and understanding of documentation, including pick slips, packaging details, and shipping labels
- The candidates should be able to optimize tote fill by packing orders in a space-efficient manner while still ensuring product quality standards are maintained
- The candidates should be able to balance fulfillment responsibilities with customer interaction, offering service, and supporting issue resolution
- The candidates should be able to ensure strict adherence to safety and food hygiene standards, including maintaining a clean work area, cleaning up spills and debris immediately, and ensuring all totes are clean before packing. They should operate material handling equipment safely and responsibly, completing all safety pre-inspection checks before use, and exhibit behaviors that support the organization’s mission and core values
- The candidates should be able to participate in continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting changes, including operational procedures, productivity standards, customer satisfaction, safety, working conditions, and quality standards.
