Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
  • If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to receive and forward telephone or electronic inquiries and maintain and prepare reports from manual or electronic files, inventories, mailing lists, and databases
  • The candidates should be proficient in sorting, processing, and verifying applications, receipts, and other documents, and process incoming and outgoing mail manually or electronically
  • The candidates should be able to send and receive messages and perform basic bookkeeping tasks, including preparing invoices and bank deposits
  • The candidates should provide general information to clients and the public and photocopy and collate documents for distribution, mailing, and filing
  • The candidates should order office supplies and maintain inventory, file material in the storage area, and label, file, and retrieve documents
  • The candidates should locate and remove files as requested and organize and schedule office work and store, update, and retrieve financial data
