Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to review, evaluate, and implement new administrative procedures
- The candidates should be able to delegate work to office support staff and carry out administrative activities of the establishment
- The candidates should be able to coordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services
- The candidates should be able to assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
- The candidates should be able to assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence, oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, and perform data entry
