Salary: $27.00 to $28.00 hourly (To be negotiated) for 35 to 40 hours per week
Employment Type: Permanent employment Full time
Location: Mississauga, ON
Shifts: Day, Evening, Weekend, Early Morning, Morning

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 7 months to less than 1 year
Computer and technology knowledge: MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and Database software

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidate should have the ability to work independently, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and perform well under pressure, all while maintaining attention to detail

Other Requirements:

  • The candidate should be organized and capable of multitasking, while also being a team player

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
  • If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to review and evaluate new administrative procedures
  • The candidates should be able to delegate work to office support staff
  • The candidates should be able to establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • The candidates should be able to assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
  • The candidates should be able to oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures
  • The candidates should be able to plan and control budget and expenditures
