Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 7 months to less than 1 year
Computer and technology knowledge: Electronic mail, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, and MS Word
Security and safety: Basic security clearance

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to review, evaluate, and implement new administrative procedures effectively and delegate work to office support staff efficiently
- The candidates should be able to establish work priorities, ensure procedures are followed, and deadlines are met consistently, and carry out administrative activities of the establishment proficiently
- The candidates should be able to administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation meticulously, and coordinate and plan for office services comprehensively
- The candidates should be able to assist in the preparation of the operating budget, maintain inventory and budgetary controls accurately, and assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence effectively
- The candidates should be able to oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures adeptly to ensure smooth operations
