Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 7 months to less than 1 year
Candidate Status:
- Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position
- International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to record, prepare, and distribute minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
- The candidates should be able to determine, establish, and maintain office procedures and routines
- The candidates should be able to schedule, confirm, and manage appointments
- The candidates should be able to answer telephone calls, relay messages, and handle electronic inquiries
- The candidates should be able to compile, organize, and analyze data, statistics, and other information
- The candidates should be able to order office supplies, maintain inventory, and manage procurement processes
