Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as other trades certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 2 to less than 3 years
Area of work experience: Occupational health and safety
Area of specialization: Business services
Security and safety: Bondable

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should possess a high level of attention to detail in their work

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to arrange and co-ordinate seminars, conferences, etc., as well as schedule and confirm appointments
  • The candidates should be able to supervise other workers and determine/establish office procedures and routines
  • The candidates should be able to answer telephone calls, relay messages, and provide customer service
  • The candidates should be able to compile data, statistics, and other information and manage a digital database
  • The candidates should be able to train, direct, and motivate staff, respond to employee questions and complaints, and recruit and hire workers while carrying out related staffing actions
  • The candidates should be able to plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies and manage training and development strategies
  • The candidates should be able to consult with clients after the sale to provide ongoing support
  • The candidates should be able to assign, co-ordinate, and review projects and programs, as well as organize and administer staff consultation and grievance procedures
