Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have completion of a high school diploma
Experience: Candidates should have 1 to 2 years of cash handling experience
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should have customer service experience and previous Nordic experience
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to collaborate closely with the Nordic Trails Supervisor to align indoor and outdoor operations of the Nordic Centre
- The candidates should be able to report daily Nordic and multipurpose trail conditions for the website
- The candidates should be able to manage sales of cross-country passes and alpine lift tickets
- The candidates should be able to fulfill rental equipment requests for cross-country skis, snowshoes, and fat bikes
- The candidates should be able to provide accurate information about weekly events at Panorama Mountain Village
- The candidates should be able to communicate current cross-country and multipurpose trail conditions and advise on suitable trails based on experience levels
- The candidates should be able to handle retail services, point of sale transactions, and daily cash outs
- The candidates should be able to foster excellent guest relations through positive interactions with guests
- The candidates should be able to maintain cleanliness in the retail area and manage snow removal into the building
