Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Area of specialization: Invoices, reports, and records
Computer and technology knowledge: MS Word, electronic mail, MS Excel 

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should have attention to detail

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should be proficient in efficient interpersonal skills and organized

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to schedule and confirm appointments, maintain the filing system, and order supplies and maintain inventory
  • The candidates should be able to determine and establish office procedures and routines, enter and format electronically based medical reports and correspondence, and prepare spreadsheets and documents for review
  • The candidates should be able to initiate and maintain confidential medical files and records, and prepare draft agendas for meetings and take, transcribe, and distribute minutes
