Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 7 months
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, work under pressure, and have attention to detail
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to interview patients to obtain case histories, schedule and confirm appointments, and complete insurance and other claim forms
- The candidates should be able to maintain a filing system, order supplies and maintain inventory, and determine and establish office procedures and routines
- The candidates should be able to enter and format electronically based medical reports and correspondence, prepare spreadsheets and documents for review, and initiate and maintain confidential medical files and records
