    Requirements:

    Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
    Education: Candidates should have completion of a minimum of a college degree
    Experience: Candidates should have 1-5 years of media experience, preferably with a media agency or multichannel national advertising client

    Other Requirements:

    • The candidates should have certificate, with a bachelor’s degree and triangulate between data, brand goals, and opportunities
    • The candidates should have strong data and analytical skills, including experience using Excel (cross-tabbing, complex formulas, visualization), data manipulation tools such as SQL, and Business Intelligence tools like Power BI or Tableau
    • The candidates should have experience building or leveraging media data and analytics platforms and capabilities
    • The candidates should have experience with statistical packages, such as SQL, Python, R, Matlab, SPSS, SAS, and JMP
    • The candidates should have strong management skills, with proven experience managing multiple stakeholders and priorities while balancing short and long-term
    • The candidates should have effective communication skills, including the ability to leverage verbal and written communication to drive action and present ideas to senior management
    • The candidates should be able to operate with discipline, demonstrating relentless attention to detail and strong project management skills

    Responsibilities:

    • The candidates should be able to identify, build, and manage best-in-class digital capabilities that enable P&G’s in-house media teams to achieve significant media-driven growth
    • The candidates should be able to leverage media mastery and data and analytics to drive best-in-class results across reach, effectiveness, and efficiency
    • The candidates should be able to lead centralized media operations, including media stewardship and reporting
    • The candidates should be able to lead media training and knowledge-building initiatives for P&G
    • The candidates should be able to forge new partnerships based on the changing media landscape and evaluate existing and emerging media opportunities
    • The candidates should be able to drive best-in-class partnerships between P&G category teams, P&G US & Global media teams, and media partners
