- The candidates should be able to develop promotional materials, manage contracts, and market business services

- The candidates should be able to assist in product development, direct and evaluate marketing strategies, and direct and evaluate establishments and departments implementing communication strategies and information programs
- The candidates should be able to establish distribution networks, initiate market research studies, and analyze findings, plan, direct, and evaluate activities developing and implementing advertising campaigns
- The candidates should be able to advise clients on advertising or sales promotion strategies, act as a spokesperson for an organization, and initiate and maintain contact with the media
- The candidates should be able to answer written and oral inquiries, develop and organize workshops, meetings, ceremonies, and other events for publicity, fundraising, and information purposes
- The candidates should be able to develop, implement, and evaluate communication strategies and programs, prepare and/or deliver educational, publicity, and information programs, materials, and sessions
- The candidates should be able to conduct public opinion and attitude surveys, prepare or oversee the preparation of reports, briefs, bibliographies, speeches, presentations, website content, and press releases
