Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have masters Degree in Applied Health or Social Sciences with concentration in clinical studies
Experience: Candidates should have minimum of three (3) years recent and relevant experience in community-based addiction treatment services

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to provide oversight and support to the staff of the Mental Health and Addiction Programs of the CMHA Grey Bruce
- The candidates should be able to manage programs including intensive case management, counseling, intake and referral, New Directions, Pregnant and Parenting Mothers, Problem Gambling, Concurrent Disorders, and Harm Reduction
- The candidates should be able to provide strong leadership, budget oversight, and personnel management
- The candidates should be able to ensure mechanisms are in place for data collection and analysis related to program performance
- The candidates should be able to provide a welcoming and supportive environment for clients
- The candidates should be able to act with professionalism and courtesy toward clients, the general public, and other staff members at all times
