Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have completion of High School
Experience: Candidates should have 1+ years experience in the relevant field
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should have the ability to lead the team in meetings and projects
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should hold GED and preferred certifications, including a valid Refrigeration, Electrician, Plumbing, or any relevant licenses issued by the province in which the work
- The candidates should show leadership, provide peer-to-peer tech support and effective communication skills
- The candidates should have project management experience, including handling stretch assignments and demonstrate facility location ownership
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to perform all duties and responsibilities of a Tech 1 and demonstrate at least 50% proficiency in Tech II duties and responsibilities
- The candidates should be able to respond to work orders for a wide variety of in-store equipment, including minor repairs of HVAC, refrigeration, hot beverage equipment coffee, cappuccino machines cold beverage equipment tea, fountain, FBD, FCB, creamer machines, fountain or backroom ice makers, hot food equipment fryers, griddles, tortilla presses, ovens, roller grills, warmers, and fuel dispensers printers, displays, card readers and hanging hardware
- The candidates should be able to respond to work orders related to plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance issues and replace ‘plug and play’ equipment
