Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should demonstrate the ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment, being able to work effectively under pressure and capable of meeting tight deadlines
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should prioritize client focus while demonstrating organizational skills
Candidate Status:
- Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to establish work schedules and procedures, perform routine clerical duties, and prepare and submit reports
- The candidates should be able to maintain work records and logs, perform general office duties, and compile worksheets and specifications of orders
- The candidates should be able to create, investigate, track, and complete work orders, prepare and maintain progress and other reports, and provide customer service
- The candidates should be able to coordinate, assign, and review work, dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders, and keep track of shipments
- The candidates should be able to plan, organize, and oversee operational logistics of the organization and record mileage, fuel use, repairs, and other expenses
