Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as college, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 7 months
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should possess efficient interpersonal skills for effective communication and demonstrate excellent oral communication skills
- The candidates should exhibit excellent written communication skills and show flexibility in adapting to various work requirements
- The candidates should be organized in managing tasks and responsibilities and be reliable in completing assigned tasks
Candidate Status:
- Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to monitor the movement of supplies and materials between departments and ensure the proper functioning of equipment
- The candidates should be able to ensure the accuracy of completed time sheets, payroll, and other summaries and dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders
- The candidates should be able to coordinate activities with other work units or departments and handle wake-up calls
- The candidates should be able to keep track of shipments and follow up on issues with work orders
- The candidates should have knowledge of cross-border dispatching regulations and practices, knowledge of highway trucking and associated rules and regulations
- The candidates should be able to coordinate, assign, and review work and plan, organize, and oversee operational logistics of the organization
