Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Computer and technology knowledge: MS Word, MS Office, Quick Books, and Electronic mail
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and be capable of working effectively under pressure
- The candidates should be adept at meeting tight deadlines and demonstrate attention to detail in their work
- The candidates should be able to manage a large caseload efficiently

Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to schedule and confirm appointments, maintain a filing system, and determine and establish office procedures and routines
- The candidates should be able to train and supervise staff, open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other material, and co-ordinate the flow of information
- The candidates should be able to prepare and key in correspondence and legal documents, and review and proofread documents and correspondence to ensure compliance with legal procedures and grammatical usage
