Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need any degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset
Area of specialization: Fruit trees, Apples, Cherries, Garlic, Grapes, Potatoes, Orchard fruit, and Vineyard
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should have experience in fruit and vegetable combination farming and be comfortable working outdoors
- The candidates should be familiar with viticulture practices and capable of working at heights
- The candidates should be able to work in wet/damp conditions and be willing to work in dusty environments
- The candidates should be able to tolerate and work in hot conditions
- The candidates should be adaptable to a fast-paced environment and willing to handle repetitive tasks
- The candidates should be capable of handling heavy loads and physically capable of performing demanding activities
- The candidates should possess a high level of attention to detail, hand-eye coordination skills, and the ability to distinguish between colors
- The candidates should be comfortable with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking and be able to stand for extended periods
- The candidates should be able to perform tasks involving bending, crouching, kneeling, and Overtime may be required for the role
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should exhibit flexibility in adapting to various work requirements and demonstrate good judgment in decision-making
- The candidates should be organized in managing tasks and responsibilities and be team players, fostering collaboration within the organization
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to engage in brush collecting, perform clipping, and conduct deleafing
- The candidates should be able to participate in fruit tree training, hand-harvest vegetables, and hoe crops
- The candidates should be able to carry out lowering, maintain and manage the growth of vines, vine canopy, and grapes
- The candidates should be able to plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops, perform shoot positioning, and conduct suckering
- The candidates should be able to perform tying, engage in weeding, harvest crops, and examine produce for quality, preparing for the market
- The candidates should be able to write daily basic progress reports
