  • The candidates should be able to package take-out food efficiently and ensure it is ready for delivery or pick-up, prepare, heat, and finish simple food items according to established recipes and standards, and clean and sanitize the kitchen, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment, to maintain a hygienic environment
  • The candidates should receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas properly to ensure freshness and organization, be responsible for removing kitchen garbage and trash, disposing of it in accordance with waste management procedures, and sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors regularly to keep the kitchen area clean and presentable
  • The candidates should wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruit as needed for food preparation, adhering to food safety guidelines
