- The candidates should have a passion for financial planning and a keen interest in portfolio management and consulting experience
- The candidates should have strong relationship-building skills and an ability to connect with all types of individuals
- The candidates should have experience in a direct marketing role, financial services, and shown success in high-value sales and business development, regardless of industry or discipline
- The candidates should have completed the Conduct and Practices Handbook (CPH), Personal Financial Planner (PFP), Chartered Investment Manager (CIM), and Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA)
- The candidates should have strong decision-making abilities, excel in interpersonal relationship management and possess critical thinking skills
- The candidates should have experience in investment banking, background in investment consulting and skilled in managing interpersonal relationships
- The candidates should be familiar with private banking, knowledge of product services and experience in investment management
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to lean on RBC Dominion Securities’ strong brand and reputation to build a client base of high-net-worth individuals, families, and business owners and manage their complex financial
- The candidates should be able to leverage RBC’s extensive investment and wealth management resources to create customized portfolios and wealth plans for their clients
