Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications
Experience: Candidates should have considerable experience in the relevant field

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be self-starters, flexible, team players, and willing and able to work on a wide variety of tasks

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should have experience in inedible and waste room procedures
  • The candidates should possess excellent organizational and time management skills with a high degree of initiative and flexibility
  • The candidates should be strong communicators, a tow motor license and a positive attitude and strong interpersonal and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to oversee inedible and waste rooms and ensure inedible, waste, and recycling are properly segregated
  • The candidates should be able to ensure inedible and waste rooms are cleaned in a timely manner
  • The candidates should be able to inspect equipment and enter work orders and and waste room employees and backups on inedible and waste procedures
  • The candidates should be able to provide direction and feedback to inedible and waste room employees
  • The candidates should be able to liaise with production supervisors and assistant supervisors to ensure adequate staffing is in place and tasks are completed
  • The candidates should be able to monitor recycling trailers and compactors fill levels, and communicate if extra pickups
